The Doctors welcome New Patients who live within our Practice Area of Marple Bridge, Compstall and Mellor.

If you are living outside of this area you may be able to register as an out of area patient. This is based on an individual basis.

To register please call in at the surgery with details of your current GP.

When Registering Please Bring with you:

  • 1 Form of Photographic Identification, e.g. Passport / Driver’s License
  • Proof of address, e.g. Utility bill
  • Complete and bring a Registration Form
  • Complete and bring a New Patient Questionnaire

You may print off a registration form and new patient questionnaire for completion and bring them to the practice to register.
