Please read the following information regarding your Covid vaccination.
Covid -19 Vaccination Update
The priority cohort for the Covid vaccination is presently patients eighty years of age and older, together with care home residents and staff. If you are not in this group , please await further information about the vaccination which we will share on our website.
If you are in this cohort, we will be able to invite initially a limited number of people for vaccination.
Due to the logistics of delivering the vaccine, this will be delivered alongside our local colleagues from a central hub in Hazel Gorve which you will need to be able to get to. We are preparing for the week of the 11th January 2021 and more details will be provided when we contact you to invite you, we will need to ask you several things before we can safely vaccinate you. If you have any questions about the vaccine its self, you can call 0161 426 9910 or email email@example.com
Please remember to keep safe, practice social distancing, wear a face mask and wash your hands frequently.
